Event Details

You will arrive at your first venue from xxx.    Each group will consist of approximately 50 guests, 

An evening host will guide your group between venues.  

 Tickets are $200 per person.

Who is running the event?

The event is made possible with support from the Victorian Government following the Porepunkah Incident and facilitated by the Bright and District Chamber of Commerce.  

 

Is this just for over 18s? 

Yes, this is strictly an over 18's event

How will the groups be defined?

You can nominate the group you want to be part of when you book your ticket.  The groups are:

• The River Route

• The Alpine Way

• The Summit Ride

• The Snow line

If you want to enjoy the evening with friends make sure you all nominate the same group when booking.  If there are issues email forkintheroad@brightchamber.com.au and we can help you out.

Where does the bus go from and how do I book it? 

Pending demand We will have buses from Eurobin, Porepunkah, Wandiligong picking you up from 5:00pm with return trips from approx 11:30pm.   When you book your ticket let us know you would like to use the bus and we will share with you details closer to the event date.  If you have already booked your ticket email forkintheroad@brightchamber.com.au and we can add the bus on for you.  There is no additional charge for the bus.  

 

Are drinks included?

Drinks during dining are included.  When the evening concludes with live music, dancing and conversations we will have an open bar for you to enjoy the rest of the night.
